Board Training Modules
Board training modules focus on introductory principles of non-profit board work with a community action agency. Eight modules cover topics such as parliamentary procedure, financial management, ROMA, Head Start, governance and roles and responsibilities.
Board Bonding Modules
Board bonding modules focus on ways to make board work more productive while making the board itself a stronger entity. Three modules cover the topics of collaboration, skillful listening and conflict resolution.
Sample Evaluations
Sample evaluations are provided to help board members discover their board's strengths and weaknesses.
