Employment and Training Professional Alliance (ETPA)
The purpose of the Employment and Training Professional Alliance is as follows:
· To assist with the planning and implementation of statewide MACA objectives.
· To provide/coordinate training sessions designed to enhance the skills needed for the successful implementation of Employment/Training programs and services
· To provide a forum for the exchange of information and discussion of issues pertinent to the strengthening of CAAs, MACA and this professional alliance.
Membership in the MACA Employment and Training professional alliance is open to all Employment/Training members who are in good standing with MACA. Members in “good standing” shall mean any and all members whose MACA dues are paid in full to date. Membership in the MACA Employment and Training professional alliance shall entitle the member to:
· Serve as an officer of the MACA Employment and Training professional alliance
· Serve as a MACA Employment and Training professional alliance Representative or Alternate to the MACA Annual Conference
· Participate in the election of MACA Employment and Training professional alliance officers and MACA Annual Conference Representatives/Alternates
· Participate in any other appropriate MACA Employment and Training professional alliance activities
