Central Missouri Community Action
Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is a private, non-profit corporation.  Incorporated over thirty years ago, on December 6, 1965, CMCA is the designated Community Action Agency for the eight counties of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Osage.

Community Action Agency of St. Louis County
Mission:
To provide individuals, families, and local communities at or near the poverty level, or in crisis, with essential resources and interpersonal support to move toward appropriate self-sufficiency.

This will be accomplished by addressing, with dignity and respect, the requirements of the whole person, including emotional, physical, economic and educational needs.

CAASTLC is a Community Action Agency serving St. Louis County.

Community Action Partnership of St. Joseph
Established in 1965 as a private nonprofit organization the Community Action Partnership of St. Joseph (CAP of St. Joseph), is the designated Community Action Agency serving the needs of low-income families in Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton, and DeKalb Counties in Northwest Missouri. Encompassing the goal of providing family-focused , comprehensive human services, they offer a variety of programming while keeping their mission intact.

Community Services, Inc. of Northwest Missouri
Community Services, Inc. is a private, non-for-profit corporation that contracts with Federal and State funding sources to operate programs and provide services to low-income, elderly, and handicapped individuals in Northwest Missouri.

Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation
The Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation (DAEOC) is a private, not-for-profit organization governed by a local tri-partite board.  The board is composed of twenty-one persons from Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Scott, and Stoddard counties in the Bootheel.  The board consists of equal numbers of private sector, public sector, and low-income representatives.  This organizational structure brings together local community leaders from each of the representative groups to respond to specific community needs.

DAEOC forms a network of resources and individuals all united under the self-help principal of creating community solutions to community problems.  Services are made available through a blending of federal, state, and local funding.  By combining funding sources, the agency provides services that best meet the needs of their community.

East Missouri Action Agency
EMAA is a not-for-profit Missouri corporation governed by a 24-member Board of Directors – three from each of the counties in EMAA’s primary service area:  Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve and Washington.

Economic Security Corporation of the Southwest Area
Economic Security Corporation of Southwest Area (ESC) is a private nonprofit Community Action Agency created in October 1965, to serve the needs of low-income individuals and families.

Green Hills Community Action Agency
Mission Statement:
"The Green Hills Community Action Agency will focus on assisting low-income people in their efforts to become self-reliant.

The Agency will strive to work in partnership with the state, counties, communities and other agencies to provide a range of human and economic services and activities.

Human Development Corporation of Metropolitan St. Louis
The mission of the Human Development Corporation is to provide a range of services that assist low-income individuals and families to gain skills, knowledge and motivation to become self-sufficient and revitalize the community.

Jefferson-Franklin Community Action Corporation
Jefferson-Franklin Community Action Corporation is a private, nonprofit corporation, formed in 1965.  The mission of JFCAC is to advance, elevate, and promote the economic, educational, civic, and social conditions of the citizens.  The mission includes the need to promote self-sufficiency and to strengthen the opportunity to live in decency and dignity.

Missouri Ozarks Community Action, Inc.
Missouri Ozarks Community Action, Inc. (MOCA) is a non-profit community action agency, People Helping People. MOCA is dedicated to helping families and individuals in the eight central Missouri counties of Camden, Crawford, Gasconade, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Phelps, and Pulaski. MOCA's goal is to help low income people become self-sufficient. This is accomplished through the aid of federal, state, local, and private resources.

Missouri Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA) – The mission of Missouri Valley Community Action Agency is to empower disadvantaged people in our seven-county area to attain self-sufficiency through quality programs.

North East Community Action Corporation

Northeast Missouri Community Action Agency
The Northeast Missouri Community Action Agency was established in 1965 as a non-profit organization to help the less fortunate members of the community. The NMCAA provides services to Adair, Clark, Knox, Scotland and Schuyler counties. The NMCAA offers programs such as Head Start, LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program), ECIP (Energy Crisis Intervention Program) and other services through the CSBG (Community Services Block Grant). Our 'Vision' is to enable individuals, families and the community to achieve their greatest potential.

Ozark Action, Inc.
Ozark Action, Incorporated (OAI) seeks to utilize available resources to effectively assist individuals, families and communities to achieve their highest levels of self-sufficiency, thereby, decreasing the levels of poverty throughout OAI's service area.

South Central Missouri Community Action Agency
South Central Missouri Community Action Agency is a private, not-for-profit organization working to help people, change lives and end poverty in a seven-county area of south central Missouri. The counties we serve are Butler, Carter, Dent, Reynolds, Ripley, Shannon and Wayne.
