Outreach Management Professional Alliance (OMPA)
The purpose of the Outreach Management Professional Alliance is as follows:
· To assist with the implementation of statewide MACA objectives.
· To provide training sessions designed to enhance the skills needed for the successful implementation of Community Action Agency programs.
· To provide a forum for the exchange of information and discussion of issues pertinent to the strengthening of Community Action Agencies, MACA and this professional alliance.
Membership in the MACA Outreach Management professional alliance is open to all CAA employees who have outreach management supervision or related responsibilities and whose MACA dues are current. Membership in the MACA Outreach Management professional alliance shall entitle the member to:
· Serve as an officer of the MACA Outreach Management professional alliance
· Serve as a MACA Outreach Management professional alliance Representative or Alternate to the MACA Annual Conference
· Participate in the election of MACA Outreach Management professional alliance officers and MACA Annual Conference Representatives/Alternates
· Participate in any other appropriate MACA Outreach Management professional alliance activities
