We are seeking a qualified Training and Capacity Building Coordinator to join our team.
The Training and Capacity Building Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating training opportunities for Missouri’s Community Action Agencies and the Community Action Poverty Simulation. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position manages grants for training-related activities and personally trains and provides technical assistance on poverty prevention topics, experiential learning, and best practices. Knowledge of best practices in training and poverty prevention is required. The position is full time onsite in Jefferson City, MO in a fast-paced environment. Excellent compensation and benefits.
