Missouri Community Action Network (MCAN) is seeking applicants for its Lead Accountant position.
This position is based in Jefferson City, MO and is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for the association. The Lead Accountant must have at least five to eight years of professional accounting experience, including managing the finances of a $3 million to $5 million organization, nonprofit and federal award experience required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Finance required. MA/MBA preferred. Must have demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector, Community Action and/or nonprofit associations. Compensation has an estimated rate of $28.84/hr. to $33.65/hr. Excellent benefit package: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), disability insurance, and generous paid time off and holidays.
